Refund & Cancellation Policy
All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans, hence it might have slight irregularities which only add to its beauty.
CANCELLATION
A cancellation can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been processed we will issue a refund within 15 working days. All order cancelations are subject to 5% credit card fee.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We want your TORA jewels to feel like little heirlooms that you can treasure forever. If you're not a 100% happy with your purchase, we will do our best to return/exchange it for you. We will happily accept exchanges & returns up until 7 days of delivery.

Exchange: Item is picked up from your registered address and we wait for the product to reach us to ship the new order to you.
Return: Item is picked up from your registered address and we wait for the product to reach our warehouse for a QC.
We offer return in form of credit note with no validity which is shared after the QC of the product received by the customer.
In case of the following,
- Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered
- Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt
Kindly reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with order number and product picture.
Post 7 days, no requests will be entertained.
Please note:
- Items sent back without intimation will not be accepted
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to Exchange orders / Credit Notes
- In case a credit note is issued, it cannot be redeemed on items on sale
- No returns shall be accepted on products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores

REPAIR POLICY- INDIA
In case a jewellery piece is accidentally damaged by the customer, we will be happy to repair it for you.
- Tora's promise comes with a 1-month warranty, where pieces will be repaired for FREE within 1 month of delivery.
- In case, the repair request is raised post 1 month of delivery (up till 6 months only), a repair fee of ₹200/-(PAN India) will be charged. This fees is inclusive of repair and shipping charges.
Please Note: Repairs are subjective to the design of the particular piece. When a request is raised, our support agents will let you know if the damage is repairable or not
